Carlos Antônio F. Santos, from Embrapa Semi-Arid, commented on the pleasant surprise about the approval of his project. He expects the goals established to be materialized and he intends to support the strengthening of agriculture in Uganda. Finally, he believes that the exchange of germplasm is a major and important challenge.
